At Gravity Team, a quantitative proprietary trading firm, we are on a mission to balance supply and demand across crypto and event-driven markets around the world.

We're on the lookout for a data-driven, enthusiastic Junior Algorithmic Trader who’s ready to dive deep into the world of crypto and help us optimize our trading systems.

What you'll do:

• Dive into our global trading system and help make it even better.

• Sift through heaps of data to uncover trends and opportunities.

• Keep an eye on our system’s performance and think of ways to boost it.

• Develop and implement trading logic based on data-driven decisions (together with developers)

• Create Proof of Concepts (POCs) and, if you’re up for it, fully develop them.

• Passion for data, analysis, and anything stats/econometrics-related.

• Python skills are a must (Rust is a nice bonus, but not mandatory).

• Ability to read and understand code.

• Experience with large datasets and trading systems is a plus.

• Knowledge of the crypto market and exchanges is a big win.

• Fresh grads with the right skills and passion are welcome!
