YOU ARE

This role sits at the intersection of OTC trading operations, fiat currency settlements, regional accounting, and global financial consolidation. We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience with trade operations and strong accounting fundamentals, along with the ability to coordinate effectively with local accountants, tax advisors, and auditors across Asia.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Trading & Operational Finance

• Support and oversee OTC trading operations, including trade confirmations, settlements, and reconciliations.

• Manage local currency fiat trading and settlements with banks, payment partners, and counterparties across Asian markets.

• Monitor cash balances, funding flows, and settlement risks for Asia-based trading activities.

Accounting, Books & Records (Asia)

• Coordinate with Local accountants to help them prepare and maintain books and records for Asia-based trading pairs and entities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly reconciliations across fiat, crypto, and intercompany accounts.

• Ensure proper accounting treatment for OTC trades, fees, FX gains/losses, and related adjustments.

• Maintain supporting schedules and documentation required for audits and regulatory reviews.

• Work closely with local accountants, tax advisors, and auditors in Asia to support statutory reporting and compliance.

• Own coordination of month-end close processes for Asia entities.

Global Consolidation & Audit Support

• Assist the global finance team with group consolidation, including intercompany reconciliations and eliminations.

• Support global audit processes, providing Asia-specific data, explanations, and documentation.

• Contribute to process improvements, controls, and standardization across regional finance operations.

WHAT WE EXPECT

• 5+ years experience in accounting, audit, or operational finance, preferably from a Big4 firm.

• Strong understanding of IFRS and multi-entity accounting environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or a related field.

• Solid understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and close processes.

• Hands-on experience with OTC trading operations and/or fiat currency settlements is strongly preferred.

• Experience working with external accountants, tax consultants, and auditors across Asia.

• Exposure to multi-entity, multi-currency environments and global consolidation is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex operational workflows.

• Clear communicator, able to explain financial and operational topics to non-finance stakeholders.

• Advanced Excel/Sheets skills; familiarity with accounting systems and trading/ledger platforms is a plus.
