You’re comfortable working independently, take initiative when things are quiet, and don’t need constant supervision to find meaningful work. You want to grow in IT and understand the systems behind our trading infrastructure.
What you will do
Provide end-user support: workstation setup, printers, conference room equipment, OS and hardware troubleshooting
Manage user accounts and access across internal systems, ensuring security and smooth onboarding/offboarding
Assist the IT Support Manager with office networking equipment and basic network maintenance
Support ongoing IT projects, including testing, proof-of-concepts, and rollouts of new tools
Document issues and solutions, improve internal processes, and help keep our IT environment tidy and efficient
What we expect
2–4 years of total work experience, with at least one year in IT Support or Systems Administration
English and Latvian language proficiency at C1 level
Hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, Linux, and common end-user hardware
General understanding of networking concepts
Readiness to commit to working on-site
Inquisitive, “tinker” mindset - you enjoy figuring things out
Ability to work independently and take initiative when support demand is low
Strong desire to grow and develop a long-term career in IT
Bonus points for:
Degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, MIS, or related field (academic performance 8.0+)
Experience with tools like Intune, Jira, Google Workspace, OKTA, Microsoft Entra
International certifications (ITIL, Microsoft, AWS, etc.)
Experience working with ticketing systems and documentation
Basic scripting skills (Python, PowerShell)
