About you
You move fast and make smart calls, with a sharp eye for spotting top trading and engineering talent globally. You communicate clearly, take full ownership of the hiring process, and adapt quickly as priorities shift. You’re curious, pragmatic, and always looking for better ways to raise the bar in how we hire.
What you will do
Own and drive the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to job offer.
Actively participate in Talent Acquisition across global markets for technical, trading, operations, and support roles.
Build and refine strategic sourcing plans across channels, platforms, and markets.
Develop and iterate on our talent acquisition strategy, ensuring high-quality, fast, and scalable hiring.
Test and implement new recruitment tools, channels, and methods. Work with existing TA software such as TeamTailor, BambooHR, Lattice, and others.
Create and improve automated workflows to streamline hiring processes.
Champion an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring clear communication at every stage.
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights, market feedback, and guidance.
Support the HR team with HR initiatives.
Conduct market and talent research to help us stay competitive and informed.
Contribute to various cross-departmental projects that enhance the employee experience and company development.
What we're looking for
Proven experience in technical recruitment (IT, Fintech, Crypto or similar industries), in a fast-paced or international environment.
Strong global headhunting and sourcing skills - you know where to find talent and how to attract them.
Confidence managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from first outreach to offer.
Great communication and project management skills.
Very good English knowledge - verbal and written.
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and bring new ideas to the table.
Comfortable navigating a dynamic, growing environment where priorities change quickly.
Knowledge of crypto and the financial industry is a plus
