We're on the lookout for an attentive, responsible and enthusiastic Junior Lawyer to help us onboard strategic partners from across the globe.

What will you do

• Facilitate onboarding process on crypto exchanges, banks and other counterparties (preparing documents needed for KYC, communication with counterparties)
• Assist with onboarding and KYC of institutional customers
• Participate in legal research of new markets and products
• Participate in opening of legal presence in different countries
• Draft agreements and other legal documents
• Work closely with our CLO, CFO, Business developers and company founders

What we expect

• 1+ years work experience (or equivalent internship) as a junior lawyer, assistant to lawyer or similar
• University degree in law
• Ability to coordinate different projects
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Latvian
